Zerqis
Pricing

Priced by the work, not by the seat.

Zerqis is scoped to how many entities your team closes each month, so adding a reviewer never costs you more. Published rates are not set yet — here is why, and what to expect.

Zerqis is pre-launch and works with a small number of design partners. Rather than publish a price list we would have to revise, we agree pricing directly with each firm based on entity volume. Nothing on this page is a promotional rate.

Three shapes of plan

Questions we get asked

Short answers, before you have to ask them on a call.

Do you charge per user?

No. Reviewers, preparers and managers are all included — charging per seat would push firms to give fewer people access to the work, which is the opposite of what a close needs.

What counts as an entity?

One legal entity closed in one period. A client with three entities that all close monthly counts as three.

Is there a free trial?

During the design-partner phase we run a paid pilot on one real close instead, so you can judge the product on your own data rather than a sandbox.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export your transaction and categorization data. We do not hold it hostage as a retention tactic.
